TOS Policy
Because of our flexible policy, we have long noticed that some customers are not renewing their services on time. Even after receiving numerous Email, SMS, and WhatsApp reminders, they still pay late. It is your responsibility to timely renew your services, just as we continue to provide good services for you.
We will adhere to our Terms of Service strictly starting on January 1st, 2023. If any service is not timely renewed after that date, it will be immediately suspended. If you contact us in advance and provide good justification, we may grant you an extension.
