Free SSL Certificates for Every Website

Today we are happy to announce a new Free Comodo SSL Certificate that is instantly available for all our shared and reseller hosting clients.

Now all domains names, sub-domains, add-on domains hosted on SKY DEVELOPMENT shared/reseller hosting servers have SSL certificate installed by default. SSL is 100% valid (no browser warning) and the most imporant it's absolutely free! 

If you have a site hosted with us you can test your SSL by going to HTTPS://example.com where "example.com" is your doman name.

SSL Renewal Process

Free SSLs are issued for 90 days. After 90 days period certificates are renewed automatically. No action is required from your side.

SSL Installation Process

Certificates are installed automatically for all domains, sub-domains, add-on domains in your account.

Free SSL has been enabled on our servers for a couple of weeks, and in most cases you should find that your website is already available over HTTPS, without you having to do anything to enable it. In some cases the automatic domain verification might have failed, though, so if your website isn’t working over HTTPS please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help you get it working.

Free SSL certificates provide a good baseline level of security, and by offering this we’re happy to help improve security for all our customers. If you require more than this it’s still possible to buy and configure certificates manually.
